Shanghai SinoUnited Hospital's 24-hour emergency service is dedicated to providing timely and comprehensive medical assistance. Located in the heart of Shanghai's Bund area, our hospital boasts an experienced emergency team always on standby to ensure you receive the most professional medical care when you need it most.
We possess extensive capabilities to handle both internal medicine emergencies and surgical emergencies, supported by a robust comprehensive medical system. This includes a fully equipped laboratory, an advanced imaging center (featuring ultrasound, CT, and MRI equipment), an emergency room, and operating rooms to meet diverse medical needs in emergency situations. Our highly experienced emergency team can quickly coordinate multidisciplinary efforts, ensuring optimal problem resolution for patients at the earliest opportunity.
We can provide diagnosis and treatment for the following conditions (including but not limited to):
Emergency Internal Medicine: Our physicians are equipped to independently handle common internal medicine emergencies, including but not limited to high fever, chest pain, difficulty breathing, hemoptysis, shock, vomiting, gastrointestinal bleeding, hematuria, seizures, syncope, and headaches.
Emergency Surgery: Our physicians are capable of performing preliminary diagnoses and treatments for common surgical emergencies such as acute abdominal conditions, trauma, and fractures. The hospital's imaging department is equipped with MRI, CT, and ultrasound, providing 24-hour service. Our surgical center and multidisciplinary teams are on standby around the clock, enabling the emergency team to quickly coordinate and initiate treatment. Cosmetic suturing is also available based on patient needs.
Urgent Care Clinic: Our physicians can swiftly address common conditions in pediatrics, gynecology, otolaryngology, and ophthalmology.
Our specialist team, along with the Anesthesiology Department and Surgery Center, is always on standby to provide timely assistance to patients in need. The relevant specialties include cardiology, gastroenterology, hematology, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, plastic surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, otolaryngology, and ophthalmology.
