Yuan Zhao, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Zhao Yuan graduated from Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University with a doctoral degree. I have worked successively at Zhongshan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University and SinoUnited Health, accumulating over 20 years of clinical experience in gastroenterology. Dr. Zhao has studied as a visiting scholar at Emory University Hospital and Georgia State University in the United States, and has passed the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE).

Dr. Zhao specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of various common digestive system diseases, as well as gastrointestinal endoscopy and treatment, with a particular focus on the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). She is an important member of the IBD team at Zhongshan Hospital, where she has accumulated a wealth of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of IBD patients in IBD specialty clinics and wards. Dr. Zhao has published multiple papers in domestic and foreign journals.
