Xiaohua Jiang, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Xiaohua Jiang is endocrinologist as well as leader of chronic disease management project at SinoUnited Health. Dr. Jiang earned her MD from Medical School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She has been engaged in clinical work since 1999, and has over 14 years' experience of clinical practice, teaching and research in endocrine and metabolic disease department. Dr. Jiang specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes, thyroid disease and metabolic syndrome. She is also experienced in treating multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN) , resistance to thyroid hormone (RTH) and medullary thyroid cancer (MTC).

Dr. Jiang has published more than 10 academic papers as first author in medical journals. She has also participated in the compilation of “Clinical Endocrinology”. She was selected as " Outstanding Young Teacher” of Ruijin Hospital and the thyroid outpatient clinic where she attended was recognized as one of the first “Characteristic Specialized Disease Outpatient Clinics” of Ruijin Hospital.
