Dr. Alex Yi Gu, M.D.
Dr. Alex Gu is a general practitioner at SinoUnited Health. Dr. Gu earned her master’s degree in medicine from Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine. She has over 10 years of clinical experience in internal medicine since 2008. Prior to joining SinoUnited Health, Dr. Gu worked as a hospitalist and palliative care physician at a private medical institution in Shanghai.
Dr. Gu dedicates to provide patient-centered whole person care. She specializes in continuity of care for patients with multiple comorbidities, comprehensive management and multidisciplinary care. Also, she is committed to offering high-quality medical care to patients with long-term medical conditions, severe illnesses, elderly patients, and patients with advanced cancer, as well as offering physical, psychological, intellectual and spiritual support to the family members of these patients.
