Huamei Xu, M.D.

Dr. Xu is currently an ENT Physician at SinoUnited Health. Dr. Xu graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University School of Medicine with a Master's degree in Medicine. She has studied and worked in the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery for more than ten years in both a Grade-A tertiary hospital and high-end private hospitals.

Dr. Xu specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in otolaryngology, such as acute and chronic sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, acute and chronic otitis media, vertigo, tinnitus, hearing impairment, and polyps and nodules of vocal cords. She has extensive experience in otoliths reduction treatment as well as obstructive sleep apnea detection and evaluation. She is proficient in tracheotomy, ENT foreign bodies, nose bleeding treatment, nasal bone reset, and trauma ENT treatment. Dr. Xu also specializes in pediatric otolaryngology and has rich experience in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, adenoid hypertrophy, and secretory otitis media in children.

Dr. Xu has been deeply involved in clinical teaching and research in otorhinolaryngology with  more than 10 academic studies and papers published in a number of academic journals.
