Steven Wang, M.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Steven Wang is currently the Chief of the Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Department at SinoUnited Health. After graduating from the original Shanghai Medical University (Now Fudan University) in clinical medicine in 1999, Dr. Wang joined the Department of Orthopedics at Shanghai Zhongshan Hospital. From 2021-2023, he served as the Executive Deputy Director (in charge) of the Department of Orthopedics at Zhongshan Hospital of Fudan University, Xiamen Branch. From 2007 to 2008, he worked as an assistant professor at the Department of Reconstructive Surgery (Orthopedics) at Saga University in Japan, specializing in joint replacement studies. He has also participated in multiple domestic and international exchanges and studies.
With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Wang excels in diagnosing and treating various adult joint and spine disorders, limb fractures, and sports injuries. He is particularly skilled in the conservative and surgical treatment of hip and knee joint diseases, including joint replacement and osteotomy surgeries.
