Dr. Yuan Zhang, M.D.

Dr. Yuan Zhang is currently a General Practitioner at SinoUnited Health, specializing in diagnosing and treating common or frequently-occurring diseases, management of chronic diseases, her medical service also covers health assessment and managent in adults.

Dr. Zhang began her medical work at Zhongshan Hospital in 1993, and has long been engaged in clinical work in General Practice, which includes general outpatient clinic, general ward and health management. She is good at general clinical thinking and has extensive experience in clinical medical work, particularly in general medicine. In 1998, she had been promoted to Attending Physician of General Practice in Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University, and then Associate Chief Physician of General Practice in 2008. Dr. Zhang retired from Zhongshan Hospital in Dec 2024.

Dr. Zhang had also taken on teaching responsibilities at Fudan Medical College, instructing undergraduate and graduate students, and also participating in the standardized training of general practitioners. From 2014 to 2024, Dr. Zhang had been successively involved in teaching roles at Community Health Service Center, including those in Changning District's Hongqiao Street, Pudong New Area's Beicai, and Fengxian District's Nanqiao.

Moreover, Dr. Zhang had participated in several researches in the fields of General Practice and Internal Medicine, and has published over 20 related papers as the first author.
