Dr. Yuqi Dong is currently the Academic Leader of Orthopedic Trauma at SinoUnited Health and Chief Physician. Dr. Yuqi Dong was also the Chief of Trauma and Orthopedics Department, and Master Supervisor of Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.
Dr. Dong specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of severe bone and joint trauma and the management of complex fractures and fracture complications (e.g. nonunion, deformity, postoperative infection), especially in the treatment of knee and elbow fractures (e.g. tibial plateau fracture and elbow fracture dislocation, etc.) and minimally invasive treatment of fractures.
Dr. Dong has been long engaged in the research of biological activity of orthopedic implants and implant surface modification, and has successfully completed and researched a number of projects at all levels as a project leader in recent years, and has published more than 60 papers in SCI and professional core journals. Dr. Dong has 8 patent achievements.
