Yumei Wu, M.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Yumei Wu has over 20 years' clinical experience in dermatology. She specializes in diagnosis and treatment of allergic skin diseases (e.g. eczema and urticarial), desensitization treatment, and treatment of common skin diseases including viral dermatosis, chloasma, pigmented diseases (e.g. freckles), acne, hair loss and psoriasis. What's more, Dr. Wu also provides surgical treatment for benign and malignant skin tumors such as warts, seborrheic keratosis, lipoma and cutaneous basal cell carcinoma. Treatment methods include laser cryotherapy, cauterization, excision and shaving biopsy and so on.
Apart from dermatosis treatment, Dr. Wu also specializes in post-treatment dermatological nursing, caring for sub-healthy skin and cosmetic services, which include but not limited to: anti-allergy treatment; restoration of skin barrier; hair removal; freckle removal; laser treatment of acne scar and surgical scar; botox treatment for hyperhidrosis; photon rejuvenation; fruit acid peeling; micro acupuncture for hair removal; botox injection for wrinkle removal and thinner face; water injection.
